Huesky Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Huesky mobile application (“Huesky” or the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”), developed by Huesky (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Huesky, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the App on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

3. Description of the Service

Huesky is a standalone tool that uses your device’s camera and on-device processing to:

Watch a scene and alert you when the view changes or a tracked object disappears;
Read designated text from a screen or display at intervals (for example, a meter or monitor);
Recognize text from images or the live camera feed;
Provide visual and/or auditory guidance and overlays;
Allow export/share of recognized text (if you choose to do so).

The App is designed to work offline as well as online and does not communicate with our own servers. Huesky may rely on system-level services provided by your device’s operating system and the Google Play Store. We may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Accounts

Huesky currently does not require user registration or a user account. Your use is tied to your device and purchases managed by Google Play. If we introduce accounts in the future, we will update these Terms accordingly.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Google Play billing: Paid features are processed through Google Play.
Auto-renewing subscriptions (if applicable): Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Free trials (if offered): If you do not cancel before the end of a trial period, Google Play may charge you according to the applicable subscription terms.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. We cannot grant refunds directly; you must request them through Google Play where permitted.

6. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to access the App’s source code.
Do not use the App in violation of applicable law or to infringe others’ rights.
Do not attempt to bypass security or technical protections.
Do not use the App in a way that could harm the App, impair others’ use, or interfere with Google Play billing.

8. Intellectual Property

Huesky and its original content, features, and branding are owned by Huesky and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App or Service.

9. Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or changes to the Service. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huesky and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huesky from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Where required, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
