Huesky Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Huesky is designed to work primarily on-device. We do not operate our own servers for your camera content or recognized text. This Privacy Policy explains what data we handle, how it is processed, and your choices.

2. Information We Handle

Camera and images

Camera frames and images you provide are processed on your device to detect scene changes, track when an object disappears, and recognize text (including scheduled reads from screens or meters). They are not sent to Huesky-operated servers.
If you choose to save or share recognized text, it is stored or sent only where you direct (e.g., to your clipboard, files, or apps you select).

Purchases and subscriptions

Google Play processes payments, renewals, and refunds. We receive limited information from Google Play needed to validate your purchase (e.g., product ID, purchase status).

Diagnostics

The App may collect basic, non-personal diagnostic data provided by your device or the app store (for example, crash reports or install status) to maintain and improve the Service.

3. What We Do Not Collect

No Huesky user accounts.
No copies of your camera feed or recognized text on our servers.
No advertising identifiers or third-party ad tracking.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Content you process with Huesky remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Deleting the App removes locally stored app data.
Purchase records are maintained by Google Play. Diagnostic data (if enabled by your platform) is retained according to the platform’s policies.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share limited purchase validation data with Google Play and service providers that enable billing or compliance.
We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights or users.

6. Permissions

Camera: required to analyze colors, contrast, and recognize text from the live feed.
Photos/Storage (if requested by your OS): used only when you import images for analysis.

7. Security

We rely on your device’s security features and trusted platform services (e.g., Google Play) for processing purchases and protecting local data. No transmission to Huesky servers occurs for your camera content.

8. Children

The Service is intended for users 13+ (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
